A custom centrifugal fan is a non-standard equipment designed for precise air delivery through personalized parameters, structure and material configurations, based on the customer's exclusive operating conditions (such as medium type, temperature and humidity) and actual on-site constraints (such as installation space, connected equipment). Its core lies in "meeting specific needs" rather than universal adaptation.
For conveying ordinary air, high-temperature flue gas (200-800℃), dusty gas or corrosive gas, we select carbon steel, high-temperature resistant alloy, wear-resistant ceramic coating or stainless steel respectively to avoid damage to the fan caused by the medium. For conveying flammable and explosive gases, explosion-proof motors and anti-static impellers will also be customized.
Based on the air volume (ranging from several hundred m³/h to several hundred thousand m³/h) and air pressure (from several hundred Pa to tens of thousands of Pa) required by the customer, we calculate and optimize the impeller diameter, blade angle and motor power to ensure the operating efficiency reaches over 80% and avoid energy waste caused by "using a large motor for a small load".
For special installation environments such as narrow machine rooms and high-altitude platforms, we can customize horizontal/vertical machine bodies, foldable air inlets and outlets (adjustable at 0°/45°/220°, for example), or reduce the length of the machine body to within 1 meter. We also customize matching interface sizes according to the diameter of the connected pipeline and flange standards, eliminating the need for additional adapters.
We can add sound insulation enclosures (reducing noise from 85dB to below 60dB), variable frequency control cabinets (enabling 0-100% speed adjustment), online monitoring modules (displaying air volume, temperature and vibration value in real time) as needed, or design detachable casings to facilitate internal cleaning and part replacement in the later stage.
